Caroline Myers Kilmer: 
A professional stormwater consultant working with the Monroe County Stormwater Coalition’s education task force will be visiting in order to discuss stormwater runoff and its impacts on water quality as well as begin a pilot implementation of a new strategy where Caroline could professionally site green infrastructure practices (rain gardens, rain barrels, etc.)  for Winona Woods homeowners for free.
