Neighborhood Watch

Neighborhood Watch has been recently established. Incident reports and window decals can be found on the documents page under Neighborhood Watch. Do not hesitate to call 911 and report any activity that seems out of the ordinary. Afterwards, please report it to our neighborhood watch chair Mike Ratigan by emailing us at winonawoodswatch@gmail.com

We are also looking for “Watchers” and “Walkers” the responsibilities are listed below:

Watcher Guidelines
– Attend or schedule to attend a Neighborhood Watch Training session.
– Join the Winona Watch bulletin e-mail list.
– Keep incident report forms handy at home.
– Pay special attention to things that seem out of the ordinary while on
walks, bike rides, or driving through the neighborhood.
– Be proactive, call in any suspicious activity to 911.
– Report any incident to winonawoodswatch@gmail.com after calling 911.
Walker Guidelines:
– Sign up to patrol a beat of your choice and length at least once a month
and look for things that seem out of the ordinary.
– Attend or schedule to attend a Neighborhood Watch Training session.
– Join the Winona Watch bulletin e-mail list.
– Keep incident report forms handy at home and on patrol.
– Be proactive, call in any suspicious activity to 911 while at home or on patrol.
– Report any incident to winonawoodswatch@gmail.com after calling 911.
