WWNA Seeks Board Secretary

Group of friendly and passionate neighborhood volunteers seeks fellow neighbor to help promote neighborhood vitality and character. Must be equally cordial and enjoy Winona Woods as much as we do! Organized, a good note-taker, and interested in electronic communications (e-newsletter, website) a plus. Is it you that we’re looking for?

The Winona Woods Neighborhood Association is seeking a new board member to take on the role of secretary. Time commitment is about three hours per month. Responsibilities include:

-Recording and distributing minutes for monthly board meetings and quarterly general meetings.

-Helping maintain WWNA website and create monthly e-newsletters (training provided).

-Ensuring WWNA master membership list, Constitution, and By-Laws are updated prior to each meeting, as necessary.
