You Rock – Michele Barnard

Each month Winona Woods recognizes an ordinary person who does extraordinary things. This month’s You Rock comes from Michelle Reichert and goes out to Michele Barnard

Michelle writes:

Michele is a transplant from Batavia, their loss, our in gain. Michele is that institution of a neighbor in Irondequoit who has her pulse on all of the activity that concerns the well being of her friends and neighbors. She lives on LeGran with “Darling Doug’ and their children, Liz and Rose. She is a constant at her safety crossing position on St. Paul and Belcoda where she keeps track of the children, pets, walkers and dog treat inventroy. Michele can tell you the history of everyone in that area and they look to her for enthusiastic support during their school years and after. She is a business woman, gardener extrordiniaire, artist, wife, Mom and treasured friend. Michele is an active member of Winona Woods and the Irondequoit Art Club. Michele’s always ready for any community support, a good time at short notice or a helping hand for anyone in need. She is a favorite of this community and she “ROCKS”
