Greenlight Update
We have an update!
Greenlight has finally received their permit from the town but unfortunately are still waiting on the one for the county. They hope to have it soon but want to get the ball rolling on this installation wave.
There will be a four-step process:
- if you didn’t order previously, place your order online by September 26th at 8:00.
When you reach “Step 3” of the order, select “Irondequoit” from the calendar drop-down menu, then click on the green box showing on September 1st-“Irondequoit Hold Date” - Fiber will be dropped at your home at some point. You don’t need to be home for this as it will be dropped to a box outside.
- You will be emailed to select an appointment date for final installation.
- Final in home installation will be completed on your scheduled date.
If you signed up for service but didn’t order yet, it is important that you place the order. Since we have a couple streets that need more signups, we will be going by the number of actual orders to determine the additional ones needed.
Everyone who signed up should be receiving an email in the next few days. If you don’t receive an email but are signing up, please reach out to us so we can get you added on to the list!
